Providence Preservation Foundation (PPF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation and appreciation of the history, culture, and heritage of Africa’s oldest independent Republic; the Republic of Liberia. Registered both in the United States and Liberia, our mission is to further the development, promotion and preservation of Liberia’s remarkable Pan-African cultural heritage. In recognition of the historic role and contributions Liberia has made towards the liberation of people of African descent; the Foundation utilizes a “Pan-African” inspired approach to support the development of programs and projects focused on tourism, the promotion of economic, community, business and cultural growth both within and between the Republic of Liberia and the African Diaspora. In an effort to accomplish our goals and objectives, PPF focuses on financial and technical assistance towards pursuits related to, effecting or associated with: (A) Cultural heritage programs and projects, (B) Conservation of buildings, objects, landscapes or other artifacts of historic significance, (C) Established public/private Institutions historically committed to; education, the arts, health and the environment, and (D) Tourism.
