With the help of the US Embassy’s Self-Help Grant, we are installing a solar power community well system to provide access to clean water in Pagos Island, Monrovia. This project is a charismatic grassroots effort to address the residents in the community struggling to access clean water, particularly during the dry hot seasons between November – May. We want to provide a communal, clean sustainable water source to help hydrate families year-round, lower health risk of contracting water diseases, and improve their quality of life.”
